At Xquippro, every order ships at no additional cost to you. We partner with trusted carriers including FEDEX, USPS, DHL, AUSTRALIA POST and DPD to deliver your fitness equipment safely from our distribution centers in the USA and Europe.

GLOBAL REACH

Xquippro delivers to customers in more than 200 countries worldwide. While we serve most international destinations, certain restricted locations cannot be fulfilled. Should your address fall within a restricted zone, our customer service team will reach out to discuss alternatives.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Your order's delivery window depends on your location. Below are typical timeframes from dispatch:

United States (US) - 5-10 Business days
Australia (AU) - 5-10 Business days
Canada (CA) - 5-10 Business days
United Kingdom (UK) - 5-10 Business days

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Xquippro cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please verify your shipping and billing information carefully before completing your purchase. If an error occurs on our end, we will promptly ship a replacement order at no cost to you.

Tracking Not Updating?

Carrier systems typically require 1-5 business days to reflect tracking updates. If your order was shipped over 5 business days ago and tracking still shows no movement, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items from a single order may ship separately from different warehouses. You may receive multiple packages even if you selected combined shipping at checkout.
